1. Right of Withdrawal / Returns

As a customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Conditions for return:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging

  • The return must be shipped within 14 days after you notify us of your decision to withdraw

2. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened hygiene-related products (such as skincare or cosmetics)

  • Gift cards

  • Custom-made or personalised products

3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as responsibility remains with the customer until the return is received

  • If an item is defective or incorrectly delivered, Villanuevi will cover the return shipping costs

4. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • You will receive confirmation by email

  • A refund will be processed within 7–14 business days

  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method

5. Complaints (Defective or Incorrect Products)

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and/or damage

Depending on the situation, Villanuevi will offer a replacement, repair, or refund.
